The Dayton Area Recruiting Alliance provides an informal forum for professionals involved in talent, people strategy, and workforce development to exchange ideas, discuss industry trends, share resources, and build connections across the region. DARA also provides professional development by giving attendees the opportunity to learn from speakers, peers, and shared regional workforce insights.
DARA meetings may include guest speakers, discussion topics, employer updates, and shared resources relevant to talent attraction, hiring, retention, and workforce development.
